USPAP - Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice

USPAP is a guideline for ethical and performance standards for the appraisal
profession. Adopted by congress in 1989 it contains standards for all types of
appraisal services. It is designed to promote public trust in the
valuation profession.
